Research Reinforces the Cost and Time Savings of Modular

May 8, 2015

A recent study conducted by Ryan E. Smith, Associate Professor at the University of Utah has reinforced the cost and time savings of modular construction. The study finds an average of 16% cost savings when compared to traditional site built construction and an average 39% savings on construction time. This cost and time savings coupled with the modular industry’s ability to match conventional construction quality and reliability has cemented the modular method as the obvious choice for future construction.
